2. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their services at any time. However, cancellations made after the commencement of a project may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the volume of work completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if no work has been initiated on a project, a full refund may be issued. If the project is in progress, any refund will be prorated according to the work already performed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain costs such as domain registrations, third-party software licenses, and hosting fees incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
